Learn the basics of cookie decorating and how to decorate sugar cookies with Royal Icing. Basic techniques include flooding, piping and wet on wet, etc. Decorating utensils will be provided for use in class and all materials are included. No prior experience needed! Each attendee will leave with the knowledge and confidence to decorate a set of 3 different designs. You will take home your tasty creations to show and savor with your loved ones. February 10, March 23, April 20 and May 11 will be a special Parent/Child class. Children 5 and up may register with a parent. Both parent & child enrollment is required. Each will create their own cookies.

Learn how to make delicious buttercream frosting and add coloring to the frosting to achieve a variation of shades. Each student will decorate a total of 6 cupcakes with 3 different floral designs. We will assemble the couplers in piping bags and work with a variety of piping tips to create various floral designs! FALL FESTIVAL AT BEDNER’S FARM
Join us to celebrate the festive fall happenings around the farm! On this excursion we will take a tractor tour of the 80-acre working farm, explore the pumpkin patch, and lots more. We will stop for lunch on your own at the popular Mamma Mia Italian Restaurant in Boynton Beach on the way home. Participants will meet at the Mirasol Center, 12385 Jog Road, 33418 at 9:00am to depart and will be returning at 2:30pm. Register early to ensure a spot!

HARRAH’S CASINO AT POMPANO BEACH
Join us for a day of fun at Harrah’s Casino in Pompano Beach! Registration includes transportation and a complimentary $15 free play card. Participants will meet at the Mirasol Center, 12385 Jog Road, 33418 at 10:00am to depart and will be returning at 3:00pm.

“A CHRISTMAS CAROL” AT THE MALTZ THEATER
Kick off the holiday season and join your friends for a trip to the Maltz Theater for “A Christmas Carol.” Registration includes your show ticket and transportation. Participants will meet at the Mirasol Center, 12385 Jog Road, 33418 at 12:30pm to depart and will be returning at 4:30pm. Register early to ensure a ticket!
