Players hoping to advance on the competitive side of tennis will benefit from multiple days of training and instruction from a team of our expert instructors. A dedication to tennis as one's primary sport is expected. These programs are for players who hope to eventually participate in team and tournament competition.

GOALS: Glide on front 2 body lengths, roll to back float for 5 seconds, recover to a standing position. Submerge face without hesitation.

Participants will refine the 4 competitive strokes while increasing endurance and technique. Each day will consist of dynamic stretching, instructional time, and racing drills.
PREREQUISITE: Swim front crawl 25 yards with rotary breathing, backstroke 25 yards, breaststroke 25 yards, and butterfly 15 yards. Submerge and swim 3-5 body lengths underwater.

Dancers will learn the basic ballet technique with more detailed direction while still having fun. No class Nov 5, or Nov 26-30.

The American Red Cross Babysitting Curriculum is designed to build confidence while gaining fundamental information on the business of babysitting, proper supervision, and basic caregiving skills. Participant MUST attend both days to receive their certification in Babysitting and Pediatric First Aid.

These are an introduction to match play for young people with developing tennis skills. Players should be able to serve and rally with some consistency and keep score. Entrants are grouped by ability rather than age or gender and are expected to play three rounds, win or lose. A lifetime resource for enjoyment, exercise, and making friends is the goal. Confidence in meeting new opponents is the key to a “tennis welcome” around the world!
