Rhythm & Soul - 221527

Awaken your body and soul in this invigorating afternoon camp. Classes begin by centering each student with a fun meditation and yoga stretch. We will focus on deep breathing techniques, balance and improving flexibility. The afternoon continues with classes in Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Improvisation & Hip Hop. Campers will also engage in problem solving group activities to build self-esteem and cooperation. Each day will conclude with a cool down and positive affirmations. Campers will have an in-studio demonstration of what they learned upon conclusion of the camp on Friday at 4:30pm. Activities from 5-6pm will be provided by PBG City Staff.
