Ages 6-12 years

LTS - Level 4B

PREREQUISITE: Jump in deep water, tread or float for 1 minute, and swim Front Crawl or Elementary Backstroke for 25 yards. Perform 15 yards of Front Crawl with rotary breathing and 15 yards of Elementary Backstroke.
GOALS: Swimming 25 yards of Front Crawl, 25 yards of Elementary Backstroke, 25 yards of Breaststroke, 25 yards of Backstroke, 25 yards of Sidestroke, and 15 yards of Butterfly with precision.
