PREREQUISITE: Swim on front 5 body lengths, roll to back, float 15 seconds, roll to front swim 5 body lengths.
GOALS: Jump in deep water, tread or float for 1 minute, and swim Front Crawl or Elementary Backstroke for 25 yards. Perform 15 yards of Front Crawl with rotary breathing and 15 yards of Elementary Backstroke.
